Straight off the back of two successful albums, Ben Cox, whose debut album ‘This Waiting Game’ was listed in the Telegraph’s Top Jazz Albums 2015, brings together a new band to celebrate the music of Grammy award-winning American singer-songwriter James Taylor.
In the show ‘Hourglass: The Music of James Taylor’ you will hear some of the much-loved songs written by the musical genius that is James Taylor, including: How Sweet it is, Mexico, Sweet Baby James, Carolina On My Mind and many more…
Ben Cox (vocals) says: “We are not a standard ‘tribute act’, but a band who all admire and respect the work of James Taylor. We are celebrating his unique sound by recreating some of his wonderful songs. Please join us and feel free to sing along while we take you through his life and journey with some of his most memorable music.”
