“Fuck it…Pass the Salt, Please,’ is a protest song as much as it is a collection of poetry. Filled with wonder and curiosity, rage and rebellion, Ceri Baker takes us through challenge and triumph in turn as we move through the life events that have affected both her and the people she loves. This collection is raw and honest and through various relationships, art and self-enquiry, Ceri reminds us to sometimes say,’ Fuck it,’ and start over again. This collection highlights the experience of what it is to suffer and then throw ourselves, heart first, into transformation.”
