UK singer/songwriter and pianist Joanna Eden & her songwriter/bassist partner Andrés Lafone are an extraordinarily talented combination. Joanna is a songwriter and pianist with over 20 years’ live experience. She has supported Sir Van Morrison and Jamie Cullum, performed live on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour and BBC One’s All Together Now. In recent years, Joanna has become a well-known voice educator following the success of her student of 9 years, Sam Smith. With Joanna on bass is Andrés Lafone. Originally from Uruguay, he wrote the world-wide gold-disc hit Cada Vez, led his own band Negrocan and has played with many leading artists including Basia, Airto Moreira and Jon Cleary.
