Vince Lee & Sophie Lord
Vince Lee – vocals/guitar/stomp
Sophie Lord – bass
Vintage blues duo based in Plymouth. Vince has been playing and singing the blues in all its forms since the mid 80s and has influenced many local musicians with his guitar playing. Sophie Lord was one of those people. Recently returning to Plymouth after 10 years working as a bass player in London, Sophie joined forces with Vince in early 2022. Their style touches on jump blues, calypso, swing & ragtime.
Steve Dow Blues Trio
Steve Dow (guitar & vocals) is joined by the expert rhythm section of Jim Rintoul (double bass) & Gary Evans (drums) to perform a mellifluous set of re-worked blues tunes through the ages, from Big Bill Broonzy to Stevie Ray Vaughan.
