Richard Chappell Dance  is a company rooted in Devon which has performed nationally and internationally. This performance celebrates a decade of pioneering dance in the South West.

For the last 10 years Richard Chappell Dance has created memorable and moving dance experiences for audiences across the UK on stage, screen and in person through wide-reaching participatory projects. For this celebratory programme, Richard Chappell Dance will perform Vast Rocks Revisited a reimagined version of the company’s first small-scall creation which takes inspiration from the Devon landscape.

As well as this there’ll be an extract from one of their most ambitious works to date, Infinite Ways Home, a multi-sensory production exploring ritual, rave and human connection. Read, and watch, more here.

Alongside this will be a new commission from South West contemporary and Indian classical dancer, Divija Melally and performances from inter-generational community groups, in what promises to be a true celebration of home, family, and the Devon landscape.

Audience comments on previous performances:
“Heartstoppingly beautiful”

“Powerful, delicate, dangerous and unique”
“I found it mesmerising”
