Tinners Moon Festival: 17 – 31 May
Here’s how live streaming will work for events at Ashburton Arts Centre during our Tinners Moon Festival: [last updated, 7 May 2021]
If you would like to watch online, please email boxoffice@ashburtonarts.org.uk before the day of the event. Last-minute requests will be dealt with if possible.
It will happen using Zoom (please download the latest app) which will also send a simultaneous stream to YouTube. On the day of the concert, you’ll be sent an email containing:
1: the zoom link and details (meeting ID and passcode);
2: the expected YouTube link (nb: sometimes this changes at the last minute, so there’ll also be a link to a page where any new link will be posted);
3: payment details: bank details for online transfer, paypal link, and a link for paying by card; please make your payment by 12 noon the day AFTER the concert, and reply to the email stating how much you paid and how. This is essential so that the artists can be paid correctly.
4: it might be possible to watch a recording of the concert at a later date, but this isn’t guaranteed.
5: Our emails are frequently being caught by spam filters (especially by BT addresses, and especially with emails containing Zoom/youtube links), so please check your spam/junk/promo/etc folders.
